Gearing up for The National Cycling Show 2023

The National Cycling Show returns to The National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 17th June – 18th June 2023. We are going to preview what is undoubtedly one of the biggest shows of the year for both brands and enthusiasts alike. Looking for new gear but want to be sure you are purchasing the right equipment; the National Cycling Show is the perfect opportunity to ensure you can try before you buy and find the right equipment for you. Additionally, you may be interested in learning about the existing and emerging technology that supports the development of modern-day cycling. If so, you will find an array of presentations and educational experiences run by industry-leading professionals.

The Main Stage

s mentioned, The National Cycling Show is one of the biggest shows of the year and there’s lots going on. Each stage is divided into different areas of cycling. The Road and Track stage is where you will find all things road cycling. The stage will host interviews with prominent figures within road cycling, delivers workshops covering a wide range of topics and deliver sessions that aim to help audience members improve their cycling experiences. Notably, the confirmed speakers on the stage include Sir Chris Hoy, Ed Clancy OBE and Nahla Summers.

The Meet and Greet Zone

One of the fan favourites of previous events has been the meet and greet zone. The area which is run on a first-come, first-served basis, allows showgoers to rub shoulders with the stars. Whether you are looking for a picture, autograph or a quick chat with the lineup, we advise lining up as early as possible to ensure you beat the crowds.

The Bike Clinic

New for this year is the Bike Clinic which will allow showgoers the opportunity to delve into the more technical aspects of cycling. Delivered and supported by The Spokes People Team, technical geniuses Lee Niven and Dylan Hyland will be delivering sessions to cover the basics of work on a bike all the way through to covering the most complex technical concepts that support modern-day cycling. Sessions will range from hands-on workshops to seminars and presentations. This is an opportunity not to be missed.

Retail Experience

This aspect of the show is often sought after and one of the most appealing reasons that many eventgoers attend. All the biggest names in the industry will have stands selling the latest gear for all cyclists. Of course, if you are unsure, this is the perfect opportunity to try before you buy. Having an informed view of a product is very important when buying equipment that will last a long time so we encourage all eventgoers to take advantage of this opportunity.

Salice

We at Salice will be attending the event and we encourage you all to stop by and say hello. From special event offers to the chance to try out our outstanding equipment, we have got you covered.
